“Pounds for people” is a referral scheme open to anyone. It is a simple initiative designed to find the best in class candidates for itk Recruitment and to make you money on the side
It’s simple - You recommend to itk Recruitment a friend, colleague, ex colleague, family member or any great Manager (Assistant Manager up to Managing Director) within the hospitality or catering field by filling in the form on the right. We will call the candidate, arrange to get their CV and meet with them. If they are suitable for our clients we will arrange interviews and put them through the recruitment process. If they are successful and our clients hire your candidate which you referred we are willing to pay up to £500 per candidate. You can submit as many referrals as you like and there is no limits to the amount of money you can earn so what are you waiting for. Fill in the form on the right and wait for the money to come in. - Payments will be made by cheque or BACS transfer only
- Payments will be made once the candidate has started and have completed the 3 month probation period only
- itk Recruitment will have the final say on which candidates are submitted to clients
- Scale of payments - £150 for an Assistant Manager or equivalent , £200 for a Deputy Manager or equivalent, £250 for a General Manager or equivalent, £300 for an Area Manager or equivalent , £400 for an operations Director or equivalent and £500 for a Managing Director or equivalent.
