My client:

A small, growing, quick service restaurant business backed by a FTSE 100 company. An independent operation in its own right serving some of the best burgers in the business. With 8 sites currently and a further 10 + planned there really isn?t a better time to be coming on board as an Operations Manager.

The role:

As Operations Manager you will look after 4 Restaurants. They will become your family. You will know them inside out from the griller to the General Manager. You will work hands on with the Managers when needed, coaching, training and empowering them. Your passion will be centred on delivering a great product and service. Hospitality doesn't need to be complicated. As the Operations Manager your role will be to show your teams this.


Given the geography of the restaurants you can be based either north, middle or south of the UK.

The package:

  • £50,000 - £55,000
